Their business model of being able to deliver the complete process from idea to delivered product to their customers has proven successful in Sweden why the client now feels confident to use this approach outside their home market. From a complete 3D CAD design all the way to manufacturing services are offered with particular care taken to ensure the right material is used for each project to reduce environmental impact. Molds are either custom made to client specifications using innovative tooling or clients can benefit from a large range of existing tooling and molds to reduce costs and satisfy a quick turnaround. The company works with a variety of materials from 1mm to 200 micron including APET (amorphous polyethylene terephthalate), RPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) , PVC (polyvinyl chloride), HIP ( high impact polystyrene), polypropylene and a new thermoforming acetate which is 100% compostable. The Swedish company has the flexibility to respond quickly to individual markets and provides a personalized service. The company offers the range from small runs to large orders. In many cases deliveries within a couple of days from placed order can be done for products already in production. Recent projects include chocolate baubles for a large UK supermarket, trays for meat, industrial blisters, sushi trays and fruit punnets.
