A part from most of producers that use method of hot screw rolling for production of big balls, the company makes grinding media of a diameter from 90 t0 140 mm at the automate line using the method of hot bulk forming with improved and patented stamp contracture. This allows to obtain uniform structure and hardened metal structure, exclude forming of big grains of crystallization in the equatorial zone of a ball and reduce to zero the possibility to appear hardening cracks. Thanks to this grinding media produced by the company have uniform wear, increased wear resistance and impact value. The company is the only Russian producer of balls of 140 mm diameter. Balls of a diameter from 25 to 60 mm and cylpebs are produced by a classic method of hot screw rolling (production up to 2000 tons per month). The quality of these grinding media is also provided due to application of smooth-running technology and patented ways of hardening and blazing-off, quality control of raw materials and products at specified production phases and quality control of final products. The company has experience in provision of export supplies to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Belarus, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Spain, Germany. The company is interested in finding partners from the sphere of metallurgy, machine building, mining, oil and gas industries, construction and engineering to conclude distribution services agreement and commercial agency agreement.
