Russian company from Moscow manufactures the equipment for the production of non-autoclaved aerated concrete (NAC) with waterproof and frost resistance thanks to its structure with closed cells, as well as dry multicomponent pore-forming mixture, and the building products, such as blocks, slabs, walls used in the construction of residential and industrial buildings. The company is looking for partnership for distribution services agreement, manufacturing agreement or joint venture agreement.
The company founded in Moscow in 2003 is focusing to the research in the field of new building and construction materials. The company is a member of the innovative Skolkovo Foundation and employs Ph.D scientists from Russia and other countries, which are participated in many international competitions (GenerationS, FP7, et al.). One of the latest scientific discoveries is a proprietary dry pore-forming multicomponent mixture for the production of non-autoclaved aerated concrete (NAC) with high waterproof and frost resistance performance due to unique structure with closed cells. NAC is a high-quality building material, which may be used for making foundation, walls, wall slabs, warm flooring and roofing etc. Blocks and slabs from NAC can be used in almost all areas of construction: residential, industrial and agricultural, schools, hospitals, administrative and public buildings, roads, roofing, pools and even sarcophaguses for nuclear wastes etc. NAC is ideally suitable material for any kind of walling: exterior and interior, bearing and non-bearing. It is also used as filling and sealing concrete in steel frameworks, fire walls, as well as for the restoration and reconstruction of old buildings (thanks to its low weight and high sealing ability) or half-timbered houses (due to simple processing). NAC suits perfectly for all climatic zones including ever frost regions and sea shores. The company is looking for partnership for distribution services agreements, manufacturing agreements or joint venture agreements. Within the framework of distribution services agreements the Russian company will supply either dry pore-forming mixture, or non-autoclaved aerated concrete. Partner must ensure the distribution of these products in its own country. In addition, Russian company is ready to supply equipment for the production of NAC for its commercializing in the partner’s country. The terms and conditions of the agreement will be discussed after the first contact. Also, the Russian company is ready to supply equipment for the production of non-autoclaved aerated concrete, if a partner wants to establish its own production in their own country. Russian company will ensure the installation, launch and maintenance of the equipment, as well as warranty service. All technical documentation can be translated into any European language. Warranty and delivery terms will be discussed after the first contact. In the frames of the manufacturing agreement the Russian company will manufacture any custom-made building constructions: blocks, slabs and other products from non-autoclaved aerated concrete and deliver them to the partner, which may use them at his discretion (construction, sale). Terms of delivery and the minimum lot size will be specified after the first contact with a partner. Within the framework of the or joint venture agreements the Russian company is ready to supply equipment for the production of non-autoclaved aerated concrete, if a partner wants to establish its own production in his own country. Russian experts will ensure the installation, launch and maintenance of the equipment, as well as warranty service. All technical documentation can be translated into any European language. Under the joint venture agreements the foreign partner should host a regional house-building plant equipped with Russian equipment. Required area for the plant is up to 2 ha to produce from 2 up to 500 thousand m3/ year of NAC, personnel from 5 up to 100 people depending on the type of production line. Partner must also ensure the commercialization of the products from NAC. In turn, the Russian company will create at regional engineering center to study new building materials and design new product lines. The center will also provide certification and obtain other necessary documents. In addition, Russian company will ensure the installation, launch and maintenance of the equipment, as well as warranty service.
