The story of the Romanian company begins in January 1996 when the company concluded the first contract for the design and manufacturing of bend-manufacturing equipment. Since then it developed its activity located in the west part of Romania. Some of the first projects developed: - the manufacture of moulding rings and knives for the bend-manufacturing equipment on the USA market; - completely automatic bend-manufacturing equipment (1998); - components and sub-assemblies for bogies. The company diversified production by manufacturing ceramic material or wax injection presses for the investment castings production. Also, it developed an extension and upgrading program of the equipment by investing in new equipment with numerical control, among which there is high quality measuring machine in 3D. Today the company produces with 5 machining centres and has updated all certifications: ISO TS 16949:2009; ISO 9001:2008; ISO14001:2004; OHSH 18001:2007. Already experienced on the US and European market, the company is looking for partners from industrial field in need for custom made mechanical parts, from various metals. The company is looking for general contractors within manufacturing agreement or subcontracting. The ideal partner would be from industrial field in need for custom made metallic machined parts, open for agreements with a romanian company. The company is able to develop product ideas from design to prototypes and final products.
