A company from North-East Poland – leader in snail breeding and one of the biggest Polish producers of snail derivatives is widening its range of products and has started to manufacture cosmetics based on snails slime. The products are inter alia: regenerating masks, creams and serums. The company is looking for distributors interested in selling cosmetics on the basis of distribution services agreement.

The Polish company is one of the major breeder and buyer of snails in North-East Poland and has been operating on the snail market for over 10 years. The company is the only one in Poland that manufactures snails products from the beginning (breeding) through the supervising, training and coordination of the activities of the breeders groups. The company also deals with conducting the researches as well as sales and processing of snail of Helix aspersa maxima type. As the company implemented in 2015 the unique and innovative technology of possessing slime from snails it widened its range of products and started to produce the cosmetics based on snail slime. The snail slime is known as successful in scars removers, wrinkles reduction, acne reduction. It has great regenerating and skin caring features. The cosmetics basing on high quality slime are produced in the form of regenerating masks, creams and serum. At the moment the company manufactures the cosmetics for women, but it is planned to create cosmetic lines for men and children. As the company would like to enter new markets it is looking for cooperation with distributors like retails chains, cosmetics shops, etc. interested in selling snails products. The outcome of the partnership will be the company’s development, income increase as well as better brand recognition across Europe.
Innovations and advantages
The quantity of slime in cosmetics is higher comparing to the competitive products. The competitive products poses from 0,2% to 5% of slime while the cosmetics proposed by Polish company has from 10 to 40 % of snail slime. In 2016 the company implemented the unique in industry technology for gaining the slime from snails that at the same time provides the possibility to access to alive snails. Thanks to this the company ensures the highest quality of slime.
