The company The Dutch company is active in selling and assembling storage systems since 2006. They started developing and producing their own custom-made mezzanines system in 2007. Mezzanine floor A mezzanine floor, also referred to as an entresol, intermediate floor or platform, is the easiest and most flexible way to create additional space inside buildings. It’s an affordable way of getting more storage within a short time without the need for drastic reconstruction or moving. Custom made The well thought-out and flexible mezzanine system combines smart own designed profiles with in-house produced parts. This results in an entirely custom made but affordable solution that is not tied to a limited range of products or restricted dimensions. Designs are made by experts with the aid of 3D modelling software and calculation software. Working this way, oversizing can be avoided. The software also generates production and installation drawings of the designs. Complementary technical and functional accessories enable the customer to adjust the functionality of the mezzanine system as desired. For instance, accessories can be delivered in any desired RAL colour to express the company style. Cold-rolled profiles The cheapest system is based on cold-rolled profiles, making the system very flexible. The mezzanine can be extended without losing strength and if a removal is needed, the mezzanine system can be reused. With the own designed, with hexagonal holes perforated, profiles, it is easy to install wiring, sprinkler system pipes and compressed air lines. No separate cable trays are needed. Integrated in this construction the pipes and wiring are well protected against collision. Mezzanines with a load bearing capacity from 250 to 3,000 kg/m2 and span of 12 metres are possible. Hot-rolled profiles (combination hot/cold) The company produces also mezzanines with hot-rolled profiles and combinations between cold and hot-rolled profiles. Therefor the company has for each situation the right mezzanine. Extra’s, features, options - The company makes in-house also own designed staircases and railings. - The company makes also own designed pallet handling (pallet placement points, tilt gates, swing gates, removable railings). - The company makes also own engineering for steel constructions for system integrators - The company has own designed floor panels / floor plates with very high point load capacity. - Mezzanines with grids are also possible. - All RAL colours are possible. Also metallic and anti-bacterial coatings are possible. - Mezzanines can also be delivered with goods lifts and lighting - The company knows the rules about fire protection and therefore they can deliver the mezzanines including fire protection. Market The company sees opportunities to grow strongly in Europe. To be able to offer future customers the attention required, partners are sought who want to sell the system in their own region. In EU countries the company is looking for partners interested in a commercial agency agreement or a distribution services agreement. In non-EU countries the company wants to cooperate with partners in a joint venture agreement. To avoid high transport costs to countries like Romania and Balkan countries, the company is looking for partners that can build the mezzanines in their own factory, based on the designs of the Dutch company and supported by their knowledge and special parts. For these countries the company sees opportunities in collaboration within the frame of reciprocal production.
