The foundry was founded in 1974 in Macedonia and has a long tradition in the production of high quality aluminium and zinc moulds, both for the domestic and international markets. The product range of the foundy encompasses: - radiators (classic, types: R-610/80, R-610/60, R-500/60; medium, type: R-350/80 and optimum, types: R-600/80, R-500/80, R-200/60) - parts for the electro industry - hydraulics and pneumatics parts - parts for the auto industry - miscellaneous parts (including parts for the household) The radiators the company produces suit the worldwide quality standards and can be used in the world's largest heating systems (e.g. in Russia). There is a special part in the foundry equipped with a machinery park used for producing and processing of radiator parts where all of the radiator parts are cut, welded, examined and assembled. The company is looking for partners - companies from various industries (electro, automobile etc.) interested in its wide range of radiators and parts in the framework of a manufacturing agreement or commercial agency agreement.

Innovations and advantages

-The factory is equipped with Italian machinery used for pressure foundry, heating chamber machines ranging from 20 to 180 t used for zink casting effluences and cold chamber machines ranging from 180 to 1100 t also used for casting aluminum effluences. The metal melting is central but mostly it is tailored to the wishes of the clients with more types of aluminum alloys. - The manufacturing processes run without releasing waste waters and other materials into the environment. The water is remanufactured inside the factory compound where it’s used again as a clean technological water. - The company uses renewable energy sources. - In the factory there is a paint shop section where the radiators are being painted with an electrostatic white paint RAL 9016.
