Production of runnerless equipment for thermoplastic injection moulding: The system with advanced tip-heater technology incorporates a valve pin actuated by pneumatic or hydraulic drive. The company´s portfolio ranges from valves with a length of up to 400mm, and gate diameters between 0.8 - 8.0mm. Depending on the application, valve gates with the tip heater technology, for less wear and tear and better usability of glass-fibre or carbon fibre reinforced materials is available. The company also offers customization of their valves to match the needs of customers. 2. Production of runnerless equipment for LSR and rubber moulding: As a pioneer of thermoplastics runnerless manufacturing, the company developed a 'complete' cold runner system for rubber and liquid silicone injection (injection molding). The runnerless moulding system avoids any runner waste. Material cost, scrap fee, secondary man-hour can be reduced. Innovations and advantages
The company offers quality-driven production lines and a full range of services concerning their hotrunner technology. It starts with the development stage until implementation and the final start of serial production. The tip-heater system allows multiple advantages compared to competitors. For example, the tip-heater enables smooth injection of plastic material by reducing the necessary peak pressure. Moreover, the formation of cold slug and drooling can be avoided. All kind of engineering and super engineering plastics can be injected with the LSR system. The energy efficiency is convincing due to the minimized weight without affecting the main functions. A major advantage of the tip-heater system is also the massively significantly costs saving as it has long service life because of its thermal valve principle having no moving parts. In detail: The resin at the sprue and runner is kept molten to maintain constant fluidity. When the tip-heating is inactive, the temperature at the gate drops and is additionally cooled by the die, which leads to a very small amount of the resin solidifying inside of the cavity. This leads to a clean cut without drooling of material. After the moulded product is removed, the spear tip is heated up to instantly melt the solidified resin at the gate to enable the next injection. The energy efficiency is convincing due to the minimized weight without affecting the main functions, which results in temperature uniformity and leaves no dead spots in the flow path.

In detail the company seeks: 1) Mould producers who are willing to implement the companies hotrunner system and actively introducing them to their customers. Therefor a basic know how in hotrunner technology is required to be able to promote the products and system more clearly. 2) Producers of -engineering plastic parts (PP, PE, PET, PS, PC, PMMA, POM, PPT, PPS, ABS, 9TPA, TPE, PA6, PA66) or -rubber (LSR) products who are willing to work with the company´s system, namly the cold runner system for rubber and liquid silicone injection (injection moulding).
