The oil is packaged in bottles of 250ml, 500ml, 750ml, 3 and 5 liters. The first one has a fresh aroma, intensive flavor and a slight pungent. The acidity is about 0.2% and being a natural product, the olive oil can present haze and some residue or solidify at low temperature. The second one has a flavor and aroma of fresh garlic. In the bottling is added dry garlic and natural essence of garlic. This olive oil is ideal for seasoning pasta, fish and salads, for making sauces (e.g. tomatoes and vinaigrette) or even for the traditional gazpacho. The third one is a red wine vinegar that is aromatic, intense and with an unique taste. It is obtained by a natural process of double fermentation: after processing the sugars of grapes into alcohol (wine), the alcoholic content is converted to acetic acid by aerobic process of adding oxygen to the wine. The fourth one is 100% natural and is ideal for sandwiches or salad dressings, pasta and meat. It is a product of Mediterranean diet. It is a product made exclusively from black olives in brine, pitted and crushed, seasoned with herbs and marinated in extra virgin olive oil All products are stored in a cool dark place and the bottles are available with inviolable or standard capsules. The company has already cooperation established in Luxembourg, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, France, Angola, Sweden, Belgium, Spain, United States and Canada.
