A Dutch SME in the waste water treatment industry has developed a floating, rotating bubble aerator, which adds oxygen to water. The system is suitable for, amongst other, the dairy industry, waste water treatment and agriculture. The client is seeking distributors for this system in primarily, but not limited to, the Nordic countries, the Baltic states, and the CEE region.
A Dutch SME in the waste water treatment industry has developed a floating rotating bubble aerator, which can be used to add oxygen to water entities such as lakes, lagoons and ponds. The floating Rotating Bubble Aerator (RBA) has a separate water and air inlet and is powered by a small electro motor. The air (oxygen) and water are mixed and disposed of under the water surface, as a result the system has a low noise and does not produce aerosols. The floating RBA can absorb and aerate water as far as 12 meters from its location. However, when adding a floating suction filter, the system can cover large water surfaces. In order to prevent the RBA to aerate the same water over and over again, the water is disposed from the floating RBA on high pressure, disposing the water 4-8 meters from the RBA's location (range depending on kW capacity). Due to its low draft, the RBA can be used on almost any water surface, including but not limited to silo's and rectangular water circuits. The system can be used to prevent or stop the growing of blue-algae or to revitalize standing water. It can be used in the following processes and industries: cleansing technologies, waste water treatment, agriculture, horticulture, dairy, fire calamity or as emergency aeration. The client has its own design, production and sales departments and has its own laboratory to carry out tests, therefore, they have experience in all aspects which allows them to adapt systems to new situations quickly. The client is looking for distributor in Nordic Countries, the Baltic States, and the CEE region. Preferably the distributor has an existing network of clients in the industrial and/or communal (waste)water treatment and should be able to develop a network in the other mentioned industries. Moreover, the partner should have it own service engineers or should be able to hire them when necessary and should have experience in working with international partners.
Innovations and advantages
- The Floating RBA can be delivered on a size as small as one single EURO pallet. The partner can assemble the beaters himself. - The RBA can also be used to create water circulation without adding oxygen. - The system is characterised by low noise emission. - Because the oxygen is added under the water surface there is no risk of aerosol production. - Due to its low draft, the RBA can be used in shallow waters. - A multiple formation of RBA's can aerate a large pond or lagoon. - easy to maintain as it can be pulled onshore easily.

Type of partner sought
The client is looking for a distributor of the floating RBA in the mentioned regions/countries. The distributor should have an existing network of clients in the industrial and/or communual waste water treatment and should be able to develop a network in the agriculture, horticulture, dairy industries. Ideally the partner has its own service engineers and should have experience in working with international partners. The distributing party is expected to carry out maintenance when required and start and monitor the projects in their country. Furthermore the partner is expected to execute promotional activities such as, but not limited to, taking part in relevant trade fairs (in agreement with the client), seek relevant media attention and carry out direct communication activities to potential clients. Furthermore, the partner is expected to deal with legal requirements, if applicable.
