Dutch company specialised in liquefaction technologies to produce bio-LNG from bio-methane is looking for partners. The company is producing methane liquefiers designed for micro scale production of LNG. The company is seeking partners that want to integrate the methane liquefaction systems in their total system offer to the final user. Cooperation is offered in the framework of commercial agency agreements or distribution services agreements.
This Dutch company is specialised in liquefaction technologies to produce bio-liquid natural gas (LNG) from bio-methane. For over sixty years the company has been designing and manufacturing gas liquefaction systems, serving customers all over the world. The company is member of the Cryogenic Society of Europe and Cryogenic Society of America. This sixty years of experience is incorporated in their methane liquefying machines designed for micro scale production of LNG. Cleaned methane gas, either from a well, biogas production plant or pipeline is fed to the liquefier. In the cold head, energy is extracted from the gas until it liquefies. By gravity, the formed liquid drains into an (intermediate) storage tank for further use. Depending on the gas pressure and temperature, the machines can produce around 1 ton/day of LNG. Based on this experience they introduced a new machine, being a compact pre-installed system with the size of a 20 foot container that can liquefie 5 ton/day. The company is looking for partners in the bio-methane industry who are interested in extending their product portfolio to offer also bio-methane liquefaction to their customers. Either distribution services agreements or commercial agency agreements are offered to interested partners.
Innovations and advantages
By liquefaction of bio-methane at the production site, it becomes possible to transport this over short or long distances as LNG. In this way, new markets can be reached such as pipe-line injection points or LNG fuel stations, making it possible to increase the product value. This type of methane liquefiers are highly efficient, with low energy consumption per kg of bio-LNG. These methane liquefiers have a very long lifetime. Also they have low operator and maintenance cost, especially compared to compressed natural gas (CNG) compressors.

Area of partner's activity
The company is looking for distributors and agents that have experience in the methane-upgrading or the (bio-)LNG market and that want to integrate the methane liquefaction system in their total system offer to the final user. The company is looking: - for system integrators and planners - bio-methane producers - bio-methane upgrading producers - LNG and methane trading and distribution companies The company has a world-wide service organization to provide spare parts and service support. Maintenance training courses are available for partners and upon request for customers that prefer to maintain their installed system base themselves.
