This Czech company manufactures and supplies chrome and polyurethane foam components for further production of chairs, armchairs, sofas and office chairs. The company was established in 1992 and originally started as a producer of toys. In 1999, they introduced a programme for production of components for office chairs. Nowadays, the company’s products include frames (structures), plastics seats and backs, backrest chairs, seat chairs, chrome bases, casters and glides, chair footrings, armrests, gas springs, mechanisms, permanent contacts, screws and plugs, components for furniture and fabrics to cover the chairs. The company’s production programme covers standardised products nevertheless they are also able to develop bespoke parts, either in series or in minor batches. The company has also its own department where they examine new materials and develop and test new and better versions of their current products. Recently, they have received two grants for research and testing in regard to ergonomic issues. Their components are delivered across Europe and exported to Canada. This company is looking for a manufacturer of chairs, sofas, armchairs and office chairs that use the above mentioned products in further production – thus the Czech company would act as a subcontractor. The Czech company is also looking for wholesalers trading with chair spare parts and chair accessories, where the wholesaler would act as a distributor.
