This Estate is a young winemaking business that has a well-established, three-generation strong experience. The guiding thread consists in the 45 hectares of DOC vineyards in the riverbed in “Pasiano di Pordenone” (north east of Friuli Venezia Giulia). The company has three main lines of products: - Temptation: with red and white wines - Passion: traditional red and white wines - Sparkling and Specials In each line are alro combined several wine selections made with the grape varieties grown on the estate like: grey and black Pinot, Sauvignon, Refosco, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. The comapny also produces sparkling Prosecco dry and extra dry. In an optic to improve their export activities the company is looking for new trade intermediaries (agents or distributors).
Innovations and advantages
The company have chosen to obtain a yield per hectare that is purposely inferior to that established by the DOC regulations. This has been achieved by strenuously reducing the number of bunches of grapes by short pruning the vines and manual trimming. To exploit the land’s natural inclination and to respect its generosity and the meticulous art of the vinedresser, they cultivate only native grape varieties in full production freedom. Moreover the company follows the whole production process, from the vine to the bottle, fully respecting the enological standards with no need for artificial alteration. The company use only their own grapes to make wine. They make the most of its quality during the transformation process and leave the delicate task of cherishing, developing and aging their wines to the wine cellar. The wine ferments in steel tanks and is then aged in the aromatic wood of “d’Allier” oak barrels.
