The company was founded in 1993, its main activity being the production of cotton-spinning, flax and hemp. In 1995, the company expanded its product portfolio by assimilating new range of machines: drilling, bending, rolling, machines for the wood industry (abricht, lathe, milling, circular), machinery for metal industry (winding, dispensers, wire drawing machines), parts for agricultural machinery, etc. In 2000, the company was privatized with 100% Romanian capital. After privatization, the company raised its capital through the acquisition of two other companies. Since 2010, the company is ISO 9001 certified. The company produces and sells: various machining, metallic (steel structures) on demand and also performs-repairs interventions for third parties, agricultural machines, bending and rolling, etc. The organization and the experience gained by the company reflects in high mobility and readiness and the company's equipment enables execution of diverse products and services in the field of mechanics.
