The company was established in 1997 in province of Lasithi on Crete which is well known for the quality of olive oil produced. Special care is given to every phase of the production process. The olive oil comes from a private estate which is located on 700 m. altitude, it is Protected Destination of Origin Sitia Lasithiou Kritis and the variety of olives is monoculture (Koroneiki).The limestone soil with high concentrations of phosphorus, potassium, boron etc. and the 3.000 hours/year of sunshine of the area, are key factors for the production of olive oil that is naturally translucent and rich in aromatic substances. The olives are gathered when they reach the ideal ripening stage, are transported in stack able boxes with provision for aeration and are squeezed the same day of harvesting in a low temperature that ensures that the product keeps all antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The olive oil is bottled in very elegant and luxurious bottles of 375 ml and 500 ml which mark the product both as food as well as a cosmetic. The company already exports to Belgium, Holland and Saudi Arabia and recently has won a gold award in NY I00C 2015 and Prestige Gold Terra Olivo 2015.
