In early 2014, was started cooperation in the framework of the Israeli company Ray Techniques Ltd profile, located in the system EEN, and the company LLS "RAM"

 The overall objective of the project is to develop approaches for the introduction of technologies based on carbon nano-diamond powder to improve the properties of polymeric materials. RUITC has assisted the company "RAM" in the drafting of the partnership agreement and has examined the scientific developments of the company, to create technology offer profile.
 Ray Techniques Ltd. Israeli start-up company focused on the manufacturing and use of nanodiamonds. The company has developed several technologies to obtain the necessary properties for many materials in the application of nanodiamonds. Development can be applied in various industries such as: change of physical mechanisms polishing, diagnostics and therapy of oncological diseases, getting new thermal properties of materials, solar panels, and the use of nanodiamonds to reduce wear of materials by reducing friction in the production of new lubricants.
 The company LLC "RAM" is aimed at implementation of innovative technologies. The company develops and implements advanced technologies, materials and equipment in various areas (engineering, production, transportation and storage, ecology, environment). The company is engaged in scientific and technical activities (experimental work and calculation in the development of new and advanced technologies, the implementation of the obtained results), and also specializes in the technology of diamond materials, accelerated cutting of metal, polymer production (glue), production of nanostructured cables and fluoropolymers.
 The company was interested in nanodiamonds technology application, developed in Israel. Work with RUITC helped to establish cooperation with the Israeli company Ray Techniques Ltd.
 Company plans scientific-technical cooperation and joint development with the aimed at creating advanced materials using nanodiamonds.
