FIFTH ANNUAL GLOBAL CONGRESS OF INNOVATION INFRASTRUCTURE ORGANIZATIONS FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES SUPPORT (online)

On October 21, 2020, Russian Union of Innovation and Technology Centers will host the Fifth annual global congress of innovation infrastructure organizations for small and medium enterprises support, which will take place within the 9th Moscow International Open Innovations Forum, Skolkovo. The Congress is a global discussion platform that will be held online for the first time due to the current epidemiological situation. In this regard, the main topic of discussion will be support for innovation and topical issues of responding to global changes in connection with the pandemic, including: existing global networked digital platform solutions for innovative entrepreneurship, non-financial support for innovative companies, implementation of innovative vouchers, support for talented youth, modern DIGITAL philosophy of creating a competitive product. Over the years, more than 1000 people took part in the Congress as speakers and participants, including heads, officials and experts of federal and regional government bodies of the Russian Federation, development institutions and organizations from the infrastructure for supporting entrepreneurship, leading educational and scientific institutions and organizations, large international organizations in the field of development and support of innovation and entrepreneurship from the states of the Eurasian Economic Union, the European Union and other partner countries of the Enterprise Europe Network around the world, and many, many others. The Open Innovations Forum, which will host the Congress, is an annual large-scale event dedicated to new technologies and prospects for international cooperation in the field of innovation, held since 2012 under the auspices of the Government of the Russian Federation, with support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Government of Moscow, as well as leading Russian development institutions.
